✓ Grade Sprint Report #5

The Sprint Report serves both as part of the course grading requirements and as a way to give you insight into where each team member stands in their work and how they are thinking about the project.

  • Self-Evaluation highlights how students view their presence, contributions, and collaboration.

  • Implementation Check shows how students put into practice the tasks connected to Professional Development.

  • Reflection shows how students are connecting their experiences to project practices and the program.

Grading: Evaluate reports objectively based on the rubric, the evidence students provide, your observations from sessions, and the required number of sentences. Fair grading ensures accountability and consistency across the team and program.

Due: on Gradescope by Wed, Nov 19, 2025 @ 11:59 PM ET

This report captures your responsibilities as a TA (Scrum Master) and your team’s progress in Sprint 5. It helps you reflect on what has been completed, what still needs attention, and what’s next. It also provides your liaison with the context they need to offer support.

Due: on Gradescope by Wed, Nov 19, 2025 @ 11:59 PM ET

✓ Team Discussion: Tuckman’s Model Review

In Sprint 5 Professional Development, the team completed the Tuckman’s Model Review. This lab discussion is a brief follow-up to compare perspectives, agree on the current stage, and identify one action step.

Discussion guidance:

  • Start by asking: Where are we as a team right now? How do we function together?

  • Have each member share which stage they selected and briefly explain their reasoning — do they agree or disagree?

  • As a group decide on the stage (by vote or count) and identify one collective action step, drawing from their Professional Development assignment or new ideas, to help maintain or reach the Performing stage.

  • Ask one team member to share a short summary (stage & action step) in the team channel during or after lab.

Due: Post on Team Channel by the end of the day of the lab.
